What NOVO Does
NOVO sources and distributes vending-ready products to operators running machines in bars, nightclubs, lounges, hotels, festivals, events and other entertainment venues. Instead of asking operators to manage several unrelated suppliers, we consolidate the categories those locations actually sell into a single wholesale relationship.
Who we serve
Qualified vending operators, route owners and licensed retailers. Applicants may already be running machines or be actively building a route. Access is reviewed rather than automatic, and restricted categories require additional qualification.
Product categories
Nightlife essentials, tech and charging, recovery, hydration and personal care, convenience and impulse products, and smoke-shop and nicotine categories for appropriately licensed businesses where legally permitted.
How the Wholesale Model Works
Application and review
Operators apply for access with their business details, route information, location types and category interests. Restricted categories require documentation before those products can be discussed.
Sourcing approach
Products are selected for unattended retail performance: compact packaging, impulse pricing, shelf stability and reorder demand. Available inventory changes regularly, and qualified operators can request the current wholesale list.
Recurring and closeout inventory
NOVO carries both recurring core items and periodic closeout or liquidation inventory. Closeout availability is limited by shipment and is offered to active operators first.
Ordering and reordering
Order quantities, case packs and minimums vary by product and shipment. Approved operators receive the current case-pack structure and order minimums with their wholesale list, because both change as inventory changes.
Service area and fulfillment
NOVO serves qualified operators in the United States, subject to shipping availability and category-specific legal requirements. See shipping and fulfillment for how orders move.
Fulfillment
NOVO holds inventory and ships directly to approved operators. Warehouse and logistics details are shared with operators during the approval process rather than published publicly.
Authenticity and documentation
Operators may request available product documentation for the categories they carry. What can be supplied varies by category and manufacturer, so ask about the specific products you intend to stock.
