Shipping and Fulfillment for Wholesale Orders
How wholesale vending orders are confirmed, packed and shipped — and what operators should expect on case quantities, availability and restricted categories.
Order Processing
Order confirmation
Orders are confirmed against current available inventory before shipment. Because availability changes regularly, a confirmation reflects what is actually allocated to your order.
Case quantities
NOVO supplies wholesale. Case packs, sleeves and order minimums vary by product and shipment. Approved operators receive current case quantities and minimums with their wholesale list.
Availability changes
Available inventory changes regularly. If an item is short or unavailable, operators are notified before the order ships rather than substituted without approval.
Processing time
Orders are processed in the order received once payment and allocation are confirmed. Your order confirmation states the expected ship date for that specific order — NOVO does not publish a blanket processing time it cannot hold to across every category.
Shipping
Parcel and freight
Smaller orders ship parcel; larger or heavier orders may move by freight. Freight is quoted per order based on weight, destination and category, and the quote is confirmed with you before the order ships.
Service area
Qualified operators in the United States, subject to shipping availability and category-specific legal requirements. Some categories cannot ship to every jurisdiction.
Shipping cost and transit
Shipping is quoted per order and shown before you approve it. Transit time depends on carrier, destination and category. NOVO does not publish delivery guarantees, because transit is controlled by the carrier rather than by us.
Damaged or Short Shipments
Inspect shipments on arrival and report damage or shortages promptly, with photos of the packaging and contents plus your order reference. Verified damage or shortage is resolved by replacement or credit. Report through the contact page so the claim is documented in writing.
Restricted-Product Requirements
Age-restricted and licensed categories require qualification before they can ship. Operators remain responsible for machine placement, age verification, taxes and compliance in each jurisdiction. See restricted-category supply and site policies.
